TRAINING FOR EVENTS

WHAT DO YOU COVER?

As a regular runner who has competed in 5k runs to marathons I have the knowledge and experience to help you complete the run of your chosen distance.

If you're not a runner and play a team or individual sport at a high level a programme can be designed to complement and enhance your game.

Finally, strength training is an important component that is often neglected by many athletes. with a background in olympic lifting and weight training if this is an area you want to improve I can help you.

WHAT IF I NEED EXTRA HELP?

The sessions will be adapted to your unique needs and requirements and if you need me to come with you on part of a run or to see you play your specific sport this can be discussed at your assessment

ARE YOU HAPPY TO MEET ME AT A LOCATION I USUALLY TRAIN IN?

Absolutely! Your training environment can vary depending on your goals and motivation. If training at particular venues helps you to get the best out of your session then this can be arranged. I'm happy to meet you at a park, seafront or football pitch as long as its within a reasonable distance for both of us. Again, this would be discussed during your assessment.
