I have my own personal training space which includes both a cardio and weight training area so you can come to me, or I can come to you. No gym membership necessary!


As a personal trainer who wants to help you, I promise to :

1.  Make your sessions fun and varied so that you never get bored.

2.  Design the sessions so that they are specific to you and your goals and targets

3.  Ensure that every exercise is performed safely to avoid injury

4.  Provide you with the information, ideas and motivation to make lifestyle changes to support your fitness goals.

5.  Work WITH you to support and encourage you so that you stay on track with your goals and look forward to the sessions!
