The programme will be tailored to meet your individual needs. Improvements will be dependant on your committment but together I am confident improvements will be shown in the areas you specify at the time of consultations. Excercises at this level will be more complex, be of a higher intensity and the demands placed on you will be greater than at a beginner level

Whether your goal is to run a 5k, half marathon or marathon, to lose weight or gain muscle, or if you want to work on specific elements that aid your performance your programme can be tailored to help you acheive your goals. Your requirements will be discussed in your introduction and assessment.
HOW CAN YOU VARY MY SESSIONS TO KEEP ME MOTIVATED?
Every session will be planned in order to keep your interest and motivation high. I use a variation of indoor and outdoor training methods, using elements of boxing, skipping, weight training and CV machines to ensure bordem never sets in.
