CAN YOU HELP ME SET GOALS?
You will have a fitness assessment and induction before your programme starts. During this time your goals and targets will be discussed and we will set shorter term goals which will lead to your long term goal. Your targets will be realistic and acheivable so that sucess is seen in your regular reassessments
CAN YOU CORRECT TECHNIQUE?
During your fitness assessments areas of weakness, such as poor flexibility, poor range of motion and muscle imbalance, will be identified and worked on during your sessions. Throughout every excercise technique will be critiqued to avoid injury and aid performance.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
This will be dependant on many factors: Your goals and targets, your current overall level of fitness and the time you have to dedicate to your programme. I am here to meet your needs however big or small, and we will take it session by session with regular reviews to ensure your needs are met.
