  2. Before I met Tammy, I was a complete exercise-a-phobe. I hated it and also felt embarrassed by gyms and working out! But I knew needed to change when I lost confidence in how I looked and felt.

    My personal training sessions with Tammy have been a revelation. She is endlessly enthusiastic and encouraging, knowing exactly how hard to push me with a tailored programme that changes every week to keep me motivated. She excels as a coach and mentor and I can genuinely say that I look forward to every session. I was instantly made to feel completely comfortable with her and her approach, and most importantly we have so much fun each time that I can’t help coming back. I never thought I would say that!

    Thanks to Tammy, I have my seen my body change in amazing ways, not only in strength and fitness but also how toned and sleek I have become. I am really thrilled with the results and not only do I look so much better, most importantly I feel great as well, which is what I really wanted to achieve.

  3. My daughter is 13 years old has received football focussed fitness training from Tammy for over three years. During this time Valentine has taken one to one and group sessions where she haslearnt many techniques and skills that have improved her stamina, strength and overall fitness. This training has also provided her with the tools and knowledge to continue working on her own initiative away from the sessions as well as instilling confidence in her own abilities.

    I would highly recommend fitness training with Tammy to anyone who is serious about building and maintaining their strength and fitness.
