HOW LONG IS A SESSION?

Generally the sessions are 1 hour in duration, however, the timings can be adapted to suit your needs. Please make sure you arrive on time as this will impact clients following you. If you would like longer sessions than 1 hour then please contact me directly.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

This will be dependant on many factors: Your goals and targets, your current overall level of fitness and the time you have to dedicate to your programme. I am here to meet your needs however big or small, and we will take it session by session with regular reviews to ensure your needs are met.
